Gas Purification

H2 Recovery

We manufacture PSA-type H2 Recovery systems that separate and purify hydrogen from off-gas generated in petrochemical processes.

H2 Recovery is a PSA process system that separates and purifies hydrogen-rich gases using fuel cell (CH4, CO2, CO, H2, etc.) generated from petroleum and chemical processes. This regenerated H2 gas is used in all industries such as petroleum, chemical, fuel cell, metal, steel, and semiconductor, and has the advantages of simple equipment, easy maintenance, and high ROI (Return on Investment).

Using the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) method, it selectively separates and purifies hydrogen from syngas (synthesis gas; CH4, CO2, CO, H2, etc.) generated in natural gas reformers, ammonia cracking, and petrochemical processes.

It is widely applied across various industries that require gas purification and separation, including petrochemical plants, LNG/natural gas processing plants, hydrogen plants, cryogenic plants, and biotechnological plants.

Its simple structure and easy maintenance provide a high ROI, and it can operate stably without complex auxiliary equipment, offering excellent operating efficiency relative to initial investment cost.

It is reused as a raw material or energy source across the oil, chemical, fuel cell, metal, steel, and semiconductor industries.

We have supplied major domestic projects including the KOGAS Hwaseong project (2018), POSNEP PP-3 (2017, 759 Nm³/h), and the PET-COKE Project (2023, 3,260 Nm³/h).
