We manufacture O2 VPSA Package (Anyoxy®) systems that separate oxygen using the VPSA method and ZMS adsorbent, exported to markets worldwide.
Atmospheric air consists of 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen and 0.9% argon. Anyoxy®, which is specialized by ASPE and exported to the global market, uses VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) to separate oxygen, and ZMS (Zeolite Molecular Sieve) is used to separate oxygen. This adsorbent is a product that the system is perfectly designed and produced so that it can be used semi-permanently.
VPSA pressurizes to 0.2–0.5 barg to produce oxygen and desorbs nitrogen under vacuum, at -0.5 to -0.7 barg.
VPSA generally pressurizes to 0.2–0.5 barg to produce oxygen and desorbs nitrogen under vacuum, at -0.5 to -0.7 barg, whereas PSA pressurizes to 6–7 barg to produce oxygen and desorbs nitrogen by lowering the pressure to atmospheric level.
Anyoxy® is perfectly designed so that the ZMS (Zeolite Molecular Sieve) adsorbent used to separate oxygen can be used semi-permanently.
