It proceeds through four stages: Design & Engineering (determining the basic process, detailed design of drawings, civil, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical work) → Manufacturing (safety-standard manufacturing, receiving/process/final inspection) → Procurement (partner selection and management per ISO regulations) → Commissioning & Training (on-site supervised testing, post-commissioning training).
